Co-Chair of the FASE Working Group which leads research on agentic payments, stablecoins and DeFi. The formation of BGIN was announced by the Financial Services Authority (JFSA 金融庁) following the G20 meeting chaired by Japan in 2019. BGIN's next meeting will be held at D.C. Fintech Week, October 2026.

Verida acts as a confidential database storage and compute layer for the self-sovereign data economy, allowing users to integrate their personal, encrypted data with leading AI models. Chloe also delivered Verida's Risk Register audit.
